I use everything to make quesadillas, and when all we've got is shredded cheese...we get cheese quesadillas.

I'd just cut it into smaller pieces, mix in some cheese, maybe tomatoes/mushrooms/whatever else you like, and fold it over/grill it.

If you have some onions, carrots, or other types of veggies, you could make kabobs and either grill or use your broiler.

You could make Beef n' noodles. This is really good but it takes awhile.

1 lb beef stew meat
3 beef bullion cubes
Noodles
Salt to taste

Directions: Brown stew meat in skillet. Disolve 3 beef bullion cubes in approx. 6 c. water. Boil w/ bullion and 1 tsp sugar until tender. Approx 2-3 hours just keep checking it. Once the meat is tender and the liquid has reduced by half add your cooked noodles or you can serve your noodles on the side or however you like. We usually eat this with noodles and mashed potatoes. Very tasty
