Found the answer to my own question!!!
In the user CP area under Edit Options wayyyy at the bottom there is a thing to have it on or off. Turned mine off...it's annoying! |

good I found the answer on another thread!
go into "edit options" and wayyyyyyyy down at the bottom you have the option to turn it off
