Anyone taking or taken goats rue q??

So, I'm a WOHM who's been having difficulty keeping my supply up since about 6mo. I've been taking fenugreek off and on since then and now I think it's not working so great. So I have a great chiro (!) and he had some goats rue at the office so I picked some up. What doses have to be taken to see results? Cause I've been taking it 2 days and haven't seen any yet. And is a side effect gas? I'm totally gassed up .....Also, is a side effect nausea, because to be completely honest it feels like morning sickness and I'm pretty sure that's not the cause. At least I hope not And it didn't start until the day I started the goats rue. TIA
