I have just found the sobe drinks. They are really good. They have some herbs in 'em. But I don't know much about that. All I know is they taste good.

I like to buy the frozen juice concentrates and make them with seltzer water. Nice and bubbly and no caffeine!

Fizzy Lizzy! I *love* carbonated beverages but we're trying to get away from high fructose corn syrup (and caffiene!) and we discovered these. They're all natural--fruit juice and sparkling water, and they come in all kinds of flavors. Yum!

i used to be addicted to my 1-3 cans of coke a day. now, when i need a "pop" fix, i get root beer. one step down - sparkling water (costco sells perrier in plastic bottles, which my 9 month old loves to play with).

recently i've been grooving on making iced tea out of good earth original flavor (it's a cinnamon spice taste) decaf. take a pitcher, put two bags in it, fill it with hot water, let steep, and then pour into a glass of ice.

I drink a lot of herbal and decaf tea. I make a great iced "hippy tea" as DH calls it.

It is 8 decaf green tea bags, 8 cups of water, set in the sun all afternoon ( we live in hot south forida, you could do this with boiling water too) add some lemon slices and some honey. Put ice in a glass and pour over, yummy!

diet snapple (well some of it; not the peach tea but that is what I drank while pg. figured tea was better for me than soda!)

ummm...sprite, crystal lite, caffeine-free sodas
