thanks again for the input mamas! i just talked to one of the midwives and she said i can't even ride my exercise bike not a huge deal but i am bummed. so, this might be rather TMI but is it safe to assume that orgasm is off limits? i should have asked the midwife lol

Hmmm...I would think that orgasm is okay...what you are wanting to avoid is irritation to the cervix...

But if someone else knows otherwise, I could be wrong!

you might want to ask. I was told "pelvic rest" which meant no sex, but they didn't specifically say no orgasm but I'd check to be sure...
