Man, I get to post in a lot of these forums because we have mixed roots. I was born in Valentine, lived outside there (Nenzel, actually) until I was 2, then my family moved back to upstate NY where the rest of my family lives & was born (I am the only weird one). I moved back to NE (Cody) for HS & went to college in Chadron. So I count myself as half from NY & half from NE, which explains why I don't seem to fit in anywhere. I wear tie-dye & prefer 4WDs! So, in S TX now, but have my roots in Cody & Chadron among other places.

We're Canadian, but our best friends live in Lincoln and my dh is a HUGE Huskers fan. He loves the Huskers, I LOVE the shopping in Lincoln- seriously you guys have the BEST sales and shopping on earth. Go big red

Hey I was born in Valentine too. My family moved from there when I was 2 months old though.

Where are you? We are actually scheduled for leave in May to come up for Circle C in Cody & to visit friends & family up there & in SD & WY. We haven't been up there in almost 3 years, so we are overdue.
