What can I do with NY Strips - besides just steak? - Cloth Diapers & Parenting Community

We have a bunch of NY Strips in the freezer and I would like to use them up. We can't grill them because its too cold outside and we don't really like steak made anywhere but the grill. What else can I do with them? Any suggestions on recipes that use NY Strips?

slice them pan fry with peppers and onions and make fajitas

You can cut them into bite size pieces and cook them in a pan with onions and a little bit of oil (covered) and then when they are almost done I put some gravy in and serve with mashed pots and your choice of veggie. I do this a lot and its very yummy.
