Are you allowed to ship ready to use formula USPS?

I have an unopened Similac NeoSure Advanced formula bottle that I'm not going to be using and before I offered it up I wanted to find out if it can even be shipped? Anyone?

I ship formula all the time through USPS.

Just make sure you declare that it's liquid and parishable.

I've rec'd and shipped formula and it's never been a problem.
