I have very little, very fine hair in only a small area, right on my shin bone....so I very rarely shave.....(It's been MONTHS...) When I do, I run a Lady shick electric razor over them, one swipe each. (It's the same razor I got for my 13th birthday....)

I shave...I can't stand hair on my body! I shave DAILY! Did I mention I hate hair on my body!

Right now I am using the Shick Intuition...has a moisture bar around the blades. I really am NOT impressed! It gives me razor burns. I am going to get the Venus on Friday. I've heard only good things about it.

I don't use lotions or shaving creams...just bar soap.

Re: Shave; Nair; Nothing; Other?

I shave my legs, wax my bikini area and eyebrows.

I use Melaleuca's Naturals Shaving Lotion. No more cuts, nicks, or razor burn. I use plain old $1 store razors and have no problems. I tried the Venus, but I think 3 blades is too much for me. I have dry skin so maybe that is why I ended up with terrible razor burn.

Oh, for the person who mentioned "bad stuff" in baby soap:

Quanternium 15 is a commonly used cheap preservative. It isn't only in baby soap, it is even in our toothpaste and just about every other body product.

Quanternium 15=Formeldahyde with classy government protected name. FYI

WHEN I have time to shave, I, well. shave But usually I have just enough time to literally jump in and out of a shower without the shaving.

For those of you who use an epilator, do you use one for your face. I got a small one to use on my underarms and bikini area-yeah, ouch. But I tried it on my mustache (don't tell me some of you don't have them too, cause you're lyin...) and I get bumps, ingrown hairs. How can I fix this. I don't get them when i wax my lip...

With 3 under age 5 I'm lucky to get a quick shower most days

Re: Shave; Nair; Nothing; Other?

When I lived in Florida and was a daily beach or pool girl, I swore by mens' razors - you hafta be a little more careful to avoid nicks and cuts, but MAN was that a close shave. Guys used to love to feel my legs because they were so soft and smooth...

I started using womens' razors over the past couple years, but I used my hubby's razor the other day and remembered why I liked them so much. I have and Intuition and a Venus I'm gonna ditch and go back to a good mens' razor.

Oh, and I always use shaving cream. Right now it's Aveeno. Wouldn't shave without it.
