Can I use my bread recipe for dinner rolls?
I have a bread recipe that i really like (not for a bread machine) and I usually make 2 loaves at a time but was thinking of making one loaf and then a bunch of dinner rolls. I figure it should work out fine, maybe the baking time would change (I will just keep a close eye on them) My main question is what to do differently for when the dough is rising and should I just put balls of dough on a sheet and let it rise or half fill a muffin/cupcake tin with the dough and let rise then bake? Anything else I will need to do differently? TIA

No problem.....just shape the rolls the way you want instead of rolling out for a load.
and the muffin pan thing works fine, too! Sounds like you know EXACTLY what you're doing.....trust your instincts with cooking!!! Just don't let the rolls over rise or over bake.....rolls will rise & bake so much faster than the loaf. even though I've done this a bunch, i STILL have a tendency to over bake my rolls.
