I have had such a craving for them lately! I tried a new recipe today and they suuuuucked. They came out super thin and so chewy that it hurt my teeth to eat them.

Hi. There is a really awesome one that is rich, chewy, and thick etc. You can google the neiman marcus cookie recipe. HTH's....

The absolute BEST oatmeal cookie recipe I've ever come across is on allrecipes.com. Go there and search for 'crisp oatmeal cookies'. They have coconut in them and it really adds a wonderful flavour. I suck at cookies and these ones come out absolutely perfect every time, I can't say enough about them.

these are vegan but one of my favourite oatmeal choc-chip cookies ever...i do cut the sugar a bit because i like to avoid a TOTAL sugar coma.

also i actually really like the lactation-boosting cookie recipe (though i would probably cut the brewer's yeast in them if i wasn't breastfeeding)...lemme see if i can find it.
