I'm going to ruin this washer

I washed a regular load of laundry in the CS to see if I would get bubbles like I did last night with my diapers and NONE, not a single bubble.

Tonight, I'm washing another load of BG with 1/4 of a scoop vs. the previous 1/2 scoop and MORE bubbles!!!!!!! My husband is going to wring my neck if we have to have this washer replaced.

Should I stop dissolving the powder before putting it in the dispenser? The thing flushes with cold water and the detergent just clumped together and got stuck without making it to the laundry without dissolving it before.

Re: I'm going to ruin this washer

WHOA! You have bubbles!
I have no clue what is going on Do you use CS on all your laundry? There has been some talk about detergent building up in washers and then when you go to wash the dipes and use a different detergent (like CS or Charlie's) you get all the other detergent build-up depositing itself in your dipe water.......
Honestly though, I haven't a clue.......

Switch to a HE detergent, they produce less bubbles. Good luck!

Re: I'm going to ruin this washer

Its so bizarre, I just went back in there to check and there isnt a single bubble. From the time I took the pic and now was 20 minutes so the suds are draining FAST.

Re: I'm going to ruin this washer

Are you only getting the bubble with the diapers? If so then those are probably suds from other detergents. Also depending on how much soap you put in and how much laundry you have in there, there will be more or less suds. Was your load of laundry smaller than your bumgenius load? If so than you probably dont need that much detergent for your small load of bumgenius. If i was a small load of diapers i get a ton of suds while washing, if i wash twice the amount with the same amount of detergent i will get barely any bubbles. Don't forget that HE machines use as much water as they need based on wash load size. There are eyes in the machine. Country save IS an HE detergent so its not that. When i wash clothes on cold i don't dissolve the detergent first and my washer is working top notch.
