Whohoo!! DS Peed in the pot!!

So I was reading up on ECing and thought we would start trying it. On Thursday, while DH was away, I started it. I had two catches!!! But on Friday, we were not very lucky.

Then this afternoon I was working on my laptop in the kitchen, my parents were watchind a movie in our den with DS and I heard DS start grunting. I grabbed him up and have DH help me rip his pants ofF. He had already started to poo and I got him over the pot. He stopped for a few minutes but then he started to pee again and the potty some more. YAY!!!! Of course It was pretty yuck but so neat!! I started cleaning him up and DH was about to carry him out of the laundry room 1/2 naked when he started going more!!!!!!

We got him over the little pot and he went!!!

Yay!! Now, we just need to keep practicing and working on learning his cues!!!!

yay! congrats! it's awesome when you start to catch all the poops. I hate hate cleaning poopy diapers!
I heard babies usually go in 2-3 poopy sessions and you'll soon learn when your DS is all done.

My DS did his first time on the potty today too
He went this morning and right before the bath...only pipi, but its a start!

be careful about "grabbing" him too abruptly tho is the only thing I can say- when I would do that with DS it would startle him so much he wouldn't go anymore!
but congrats all the same on your catches (and half catches count in my book!)
