Lana nursing pads? HUGE!

OMG! I just got my Lana nursing pads in the mail - I bought my recommended size in round and one set of oval pads, thinking that the teardrop may contour better.

They are huge!!!!!! Especially the ovals. I know I saw the measurements, but I guess they didn't register.

Wow - can these be discreet under clothes at all? Just, wow....

They are huge! They are actually pretty discreet... Maybe even more so then normal. The biggest problem I have with them is getting the thick part actually over the nipple. I have a very heavy letdown, though, so I really need the thick part.

I know, mine seemed huge when I got them and then when my milk came in, they seemed small! Then my supply balanced out and they were just right. Anyway, I loved them!

Re: Lana nursing pads? HUGE!

I've been wearing them for about a week now and really like them. They are discreet, comfortable and conform well to the breast. One thing that is weird is that they add this "padded" feeling to my bra, which at 42DD I really don't need. That isn't a complaint, just an observation.

I haven't tried the ovals yet - they scare me (because they're so huge).

I did discover that the pads without the "Ekstra" felt weren't enough over the weekend last week, when I'm not pumping.

Re: Lana nursing pads? HUGE!

I am expecting my first one in sometime July and got two pairs of LANA wool pads (small) for me.
I first thought they were HUGE! I still do.
But, it is good to know other moms' opinions.
Thanks for sharing.

Re: Lana nursing pads? HUGE!

I bought two pairs of the large extra and I leak right through, The milk seeps right through and doesn't spread throughout the pad or anything. Am I doing something wrong. Should I have done something to them other than washing in wool wash? I am ready to get rid of them, but so many people seem to like them...
