I don't have a meat thermometer, wdyt? I think i remember hearing something like 45 minutes per lb or something?

It takes us like an hour and a half at maybe 350? We cook two at a time.

When you cut between the leg and thigh the juices should run clear. If it's pink at all cook longer. Here's a good recipe I like to use.

I agree with above post.
Cut into it, if juices near bone are pink, then it needs more time.
Cover with foil to prevent dryness. I think it's around 1.5hrs.
Although I usually crockpot them on low for 8-10hrs!

Usually takes about an hour and a half for a four pounder. We sprinkle ours with salt and pepper, stuff with a cut up lemon and half an onion and first cook it for about 1 hour on 350, then take off the cover (if you have one) and finish it at about 375. Tender, moist and delicious!
