Diaper Swappers

What can I do with these? They are split....so I have 4 halves. Can I grill them somehow???

I've never made them, but my grandma does all the time. She roasts them. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to grill them though. Treat it as you would chicken!

alton brown grilled them

he used a brick wrapped in foil to flatten them out, but they were only half split so you shouldnt have too. we cook ours like chicken here

I just put whatever spices I want on them and then bake in the oven. Very easy and tasty!
