ok - so a couple weeks ago i made a double batch of baked ziti - so i could freeze one.

So i plan on cooking it tonight... should i defrost it and then cook, or put in frozen and just cook longer??

I would defrost it first, seems like it would heat more evenly....but then you see those frozen lasagnas that you don't have to defrost so IDK...guess I'm not much help

I'd just bake it longer.

I wouldn't defrost the noodles may get a little soggy. I'd just bake it longer.

When I bake my homemade frozen ziti, I take the package out of the freezer sometime in the morning/by lunchtime, let it defrost in the fridge and then bake it. It isn't always totally defrosted and, in that case, I just let it cook a little longer.
