Like chapatis/naan? Or tortillas? Pita bread? What exactly are you looking for?

Re: flat bread

There is a recipe for whole wheat flatbread on hillbillyhousewife.com I made it and used it to scoop hummus, it was yummy! You could also fry it after shaping according to her site, but I havent done that yet.

Re: flat bread

tortillas - I use oil though instead of shortening. Recipe works nicely either way.

naan - this turns out so good.

Re: flat bread

I use the tortilla mix from walmart. Add water, mix, and roll with pin. Fry in olive oil in pan. Yummy!
