Sm. FB's too small, med. too big

Okay, I just got my stash in after a long 2 week wait. Now the smalls are too tight around her chunky thigh and a med. is too loose. I have a BG in the mail. (Hopefully it will be here today. I got it from Nicki's so it should be.) Any ideas on brands that will fit chunky monkey of mine? I'm new to CD'ing and have only tried FB's. I have looked at many diff. WAHM's stuff. Spam me with great deals on brands that work! Thanks!

We couldn't go from S FB to M FB at all. My DS still can't wear a M FB.

You'll probably do well with BG, ours seem to grow well with my son. He was pretty hard to fit for a while, with chunky thighs and a thin waist. Now that he's grown, he's pretty much thinned out all over and they still fit him well.

Our best fit is with snap-ez. Almost all of our pockets are SEZ now. I love them! I liked HH's a lot too, when he was a bit smaller. Now he has mastered the art of removing the tabs that have velcro/aplix.

Good luck finding a perfect fit!

Ditto the Snap-Ez...my son spent a good year in the chubby mediums. Those worked well for us, or the Swaddlebees applix

Our best fit between small and med FB's (which are still too big, but I can get away with using them super stuffed overnite) are:

Med Snap-ez, but maybe a chubby medium for you if thighs are chunky http://www.snap-ez.com/

I think Ruth is having a sale right now for $2 off PUL pockets till the end of the month

Med GAD's http://www.greenacredesigns.com/

Stocks on Thursday at 10AM PST I think...plus has custom slots then as well. Plus these are very reasonably priced at $14 for a M pocket!

HTH!

If you have any questions about any other pockets and how they fit, please ask me cause I think I've tried just about everything

My ds was in between small and medium FBs for a long time. He couldn't fit into mediums until he was almost 11 months. BGs were the only thing that kept us in cloth, love em! Hopefully they will be a great fit for your little (er big) one too!

Medium GADs (www.greenacredesigns.com) , medium Snap-Ez (http://www.snap-ez.com) and medium Swaddlebees (available all over the place as well as http://www.swaddlebees.com) are what we went to when the small FBs were outgrown. You'll never go back!

We were in-between the fit w/FBs for awhile too. I think the FB mediums run big. I second the suggestion to try GADs and S-EZ. The S-EZ PUL meds.esp. are on the smaller side, IMO.

Re: Sm. FB's too small, med. too big

We ran into the same problem going out of medium FB's and our two answers

SNAP-EZ pockets, love the windpro fleece and PUL pockets. Beautifully made and stocked very well. Currently running a sale as poster above mentioned.

GAD's are well priced and fairly easy to come by. The large is more like a long medium in my opinion.

Now we can wear Petite FB's, but will never be a large. They are pretty big!

Uh Oh!! We'll probably have the same problem, I went ahead and ordered 12 FB's before the price jump and got size medium to be safe so that he doesn't grow out of them too quickly. The 2 size small testers we have, one of them fits tighter than the other, but both are great, but from what I'm reading, these size MED FB's won't fit my 13 lbs 5 mth old for a LOOONG time.

Oh GREAT! Ok well I guess I can't jump to conclusions yet being I haven't gotten them yet, my SIL said she started them when her son was 12-13 lbs SO we'll see. My little guy fits well in the SMALLS right NOW

If they're too big, should I sell them or keep them for when he is bigger?! That's a bunch of money spent and they might not fit! UH OH!!

Oh well, I need more than 12 dipes anyway, so I'll test out a few others and see what we need more of...

I'll keep my fingers crossed that they fit!!
