Pumpkin Bread

Anyone have a pumpkin bread recipe for me????? FYI - I do not have a bread maker! Thanks!!!

I have a good one, but I'm on my way out the door. I'll try to remember to dig it out once the kiddos are in bed.

This is my favourite pumkin bread recipie (I also use it for muffins)

2 eggs
1 1/4 cup of sugar (can substitute applesauce for a healthier bread)
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup water (but not if you use the applesauce
1 cup pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon ( can also add all spice and nutmeg if desired)

sometimes I throw in reaisins or crasins just for fun

bake at 350 for 45 minutes....check after 40....
