Re: Recomand a wipe solution, please :)

Baby Bits or just plain 'ole water.

Suzie's Wipe Recipe

This is the basic solution I use with wipes. Just put the solution in the container, add your wipes, and keep near your changing area. It`s that simple!

I use a wipe solution with my wipes to aid in cleansing. There are many reasons for the addition of tea tree oil and lavender oil, including the natural anti-bacterial effect, to keep them fresh, and lovely smell, just to name a few! The olive oil will keep your baby`s skin oh, so soft!

To your wipe container add: 2 cups of warm water, 2-3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Oil, and 1 TBS. of Olive Oil, and a drop of baby soap (optional).

Swish it in the container then add your wipes. That`s it!

You can find tea tree and lavender oils at your local health food store.

I always used Honey Chunks. this time around I have both honey Chunks and Dixie Drops although I did find myself using mainly plain water last time around.

Re: Recomand a wipe solution, please :)

I use plain old water with 2 drops of tto & a little squirt of baby wash. I keep it in a 97-cent squirt bottle I got in the travel-size section of walmart. It's enough to last 3-4 days, usually. I then spray the wipes as needed. If she's got a particularly messy dipe, I wet a couple wipes in the bathroom sink first. Works pretty well so far!
