Aaach! Could I have a yeast problem?

I've posted several times about getting rid of my LO's yeasty diaper rashes. It started in November after DS took a round of antibiotics. It spread to DD and now we can't get rid of it. Just when I think it's gone, it comes back.

And today it dawned on me. What if I have the problem now and I keep reinfecting DD? I do have mild nursing pain. The shooting pains that I've seen described when one has yeast in the milk ducts. I always attributed it to DD's teeth or a funny latch. DD doesn't have any oral thrush symptoms. It just keeps reappearing as a diaper rash. I've washed all my cloth diapers in bleach and GSE and put them away. The kids are in disposables. And still, it comes back.

Anyone with experience in this... could I be the missing link in our yeast battle?

It sounds reasonable to me. I fear I have the same thing going on. I know I have a yeast infection in my breasts, and dd has the good old diaper rash, but I dont see the spots in her mouth. So it only makes sense. I posted a thread looking for help to get rid of it naturally, maybe it'll help you too.
