Question vitamins?

I bought some vitamins today and wanted to make sure I could ttake them. They don't say I can't but I was hoping you ladies may have some insite. Here is what they have in them:
A 100%
C 933%
D 100%
E 100%
K 31%
B1 100%
B2 100%
Niacin 100%
B6 100%
Folic Acid 100%
B12 100%
Biotin 10%
Panothetic Acid 100%
Calcium 76%
Phosphorus 11%
Iodine 100%
Magnesium 25%
Zinc 100%
Selenium 29%
Copper 100%
Manganese 125%
Chromium 21%
Molybdenum 33%
Chloride 1%
Potassium 1%
Evening Primrose Oil
Cranberry Extract

I just wanted to make sure there isn't something in there I shouldn't be taking, or too much of one thing. KWIM??

BTW- I just took my prenatal vitamins while nursing.

Here and here are links that might help you too The second one has more info regarding daily limit... I am pretty sure anything you take from a multi won't exceed the safe standard and off the top of my head Vit A and B6 are the two to 'worry' about.
