my hands and the toilet bowl and some serious agitation - sounds yucky and it is... but that's what soap is for. On the bright side - due to needing to rinse it out so well - I NEVER get any stains .

I do the same but I feel like everything else after gets dirty too because I have to then rinse my hands in basin so I dissinfect the whole area... after it just seems like alot of work.

I pick off the big clumps with a wipe and shake it off in the toilet then since we dont use the tub in the hall bathroom I rinse the dipe off in the tub.
The faucet is really strong and it works. THen I spray some Simple Green in there and wipe it down.

Re: YAK!!Peanutbutter POO what the

....look forward to getting a diaper sprayer? I love mine, especially 'cause right now DD is having 3 or 4 pasty poos a day!

Before I got my sprayer I would get creative with really yucky ones, and use a 10 gallon pail, and spray with my kitchen sprayer into the pail (holding diaper inside pail against side of pail) and when it was nice out I would do the same drill outside with my garden sprayer which has uber amounts of pressure. Then dump the contents of the pail down the toilet.

But my life is SOOO much easier now that I have a sprayer. Think of it this way, you'll probably be dealing with poo for the next 2 years! And your dipes will stay cleaner if you spray.

Sorry, I shouldn't go on so much.

Stick the poo part in the toilet and flush. Either that or flip it over and plop cus we mostly have ploppable poo.

Re: YAK!!Peanutbutter POO what the

My ds who is 22 months now varies in his poopy habits sometimes its ploppable which I love (who the heck knew I would love that type of poo) or sometimes its peanut buttery and nasty so I guess the inevitable will have to happen and I will get one cuz I am not running up and down the stairs touchin everything around me with wet hands and rinsing here and there. Which do you recommend I was interested in the one that little lions carries that way I can just get some prefolds while I am at it. I am going to have to put our tax funds to good use lol.

The sprayer in the kitchen sink
I always spray out the sink w/ bleach when we're done. Plus then you can spray the dipe w/ hot after all the poo is gone. I do have some really white diapers thanks to my sprayer
