Need suggestions for nighttime gear

Does anyone have suggestions for making nighttime ECing as easy as possible? I was part-time ECing my 3.5 month old DD but she has other ideas! She wakes up at night needing to pee and won't let me sleep until she either pees in the potty or has a diaper change. I have been swaddling her but it's becoming a pain to unswaddle to pee her and then reswaddle her. She was a good sleeper & now neither one of us is sleeping as well as we had been.

I understand that the EC "uniform" is a t-shirt and babylegs, which we're trying out tonight but I'm sure she won't sleep as well as she does swaddled. I moved the potty beside the bed so I don't have to run to the bathroom or changing table to pee her. Any other suggestions? TIA!

I didn't EC when ds was that young, but I know the Swaddle Me blankets I used were made so you could take thier leggs out for diaper changes and not unswaddle the top. Does that make sense? Maybe you could just leave her legs out with baby leggs so you have quick acces, but she still has the security of being swaddled.
