I wish EC were more popular!

Just a short vent to say that I'm wishing ECing was more popular, both in the bigger world and in our little community. I'd like to stock up on some nice used EC undies and trainers and such but they're just not to be had! Too few of us! LOL...

I do have an IRL friend who ECs but we havn'et been able to get together since September. I miss having other people around who EC.

Thank goodness for the internet! you all rock!

I can totally relate. Orlando is not the crunchiest town so many people think I'm nutz when I mention cloth diapers. You should see the looks I used to get when I took my 1 yo to the potty. (Although, they all wanted to know how they could get their kiddo to do that too. LOL)

Online support has been essential in helping me parent the way that feels right for me - even though it is often much different that those physically around me.

I'm feeling the same way, too! I haven't told too many of my friends yet, but the few that I have told have made comments like "the baby is using the potty? gee, that's weird". Meaning "gee, you're weird!", LOL!

I'm very grateful to the online community (DS, TBW) where I find tons of support for attachment parenting. You all really do rock!
