Should I buy: Marathon, Boulavard or Decathalon and where's the sale?

I've heard so much good about Britax I've decided to purchase one. I just don't know enough about what we need in a car seat to determine between the threee. She's just now maybe 18 pounds so I have pretty limited experience. And they're supposed to be on sale soon or now. Opinions? Best sales?

Boulevard is the best, easiest to use and safest. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with the marathon if you don't have the money for the boulevard. THe nice thing about the boulevard is the knob adjust on the height, and the true side impact protection. The weights are the same. I wouldn't put out the extra money for the decathalon. It is just the marathon with a special infant insert. Your dd is big enough to make that useless anyway. I jsut got an email from babycatalog.com saying they are on sale, but I would also look at albee baby.

I agree with PP about the Blvd. Babycatalog is the best price + you can use the coupon code visasaves and save $20. I got mine for $234.99 and it was originally around 300 + shipping, so I saved almost $100...yippee!

Thank you so much ladies. Not having seen these in person, it's hard to determine which is best and the product comparision didn't seem much different to me.

I love the Marathon! The BLVD is great for the side impact protection though.

HunterNKarter - I would probably go with the Marathon and Regent. How tall are both the kids?

Re: Should I buy: Marathon, Boulavard or Decathalon and where's the sale?

Although all the Marathons have such cute covers I feel safest with the BLVD because of the true side impact. If you can get one of those that would be my reccomendation, but there is NOTHING wrong with the Marathon either.

I just got a Regent for my 2 1/2 year old 35lber and very tall.....off Amazon for 171.00...can't beat that! I signed up for their credit card and got 30 off and I'll just pay it and cancel it right away. Worth it to me!!
