Fish oil/omegas help you cycle
I have started my son on fish oil (Omega 3.6.9 jr) and I also started to take the adult verson too. Well this month I must have cycled normally.....I'm spotting today day 26...definately not norm for me I always have 45+ day cycles. We are kinda avoiding until December. So I wonder was this just a fluke or something awesome for me????
Anyone else have normal cycles after they started taking Omegas?
