I am not a cook at all.
I have a pound have ground turkey out for dinner, and have no idea what to do with it. I would make hamburger helper or tator tot caserole with it but those just don't sound good. I need something that is easy! Any ideas??

Re: Help! What to do with ground turkey??
I have a really good turkey chili recipe made from all fresh ingredients. You could also make a meatloaf and sneak in some shredded carrots or zucchini. Sloppy Joes or good 'ol burgers and oven fries are good too...
Spaghetti is an option too. |

Turkey Meatloaf
It is so good and I never really liked meatloaf until recently. Here it is: 1 pound of ground turkey 1 egg 1/4 chopped onion 1/2 a cup seasoned dry bread crumbs or you could use crushed cracker 1/4 cup of bbq sauce Mix turkey egg onion bread crumbs and half of the bbq sauce. Bake and put rest of bbq sauce on top when it is close to being done. I think I cook it at 350. In an 8x8 pan it takes about 20 min. Turkey sloppy joes are also really good. HTH

tacos!
pretty much use it in anything you;d use beef for and replace it. if you havent tried ground turkey before the taste is alot different than beef but ut is really good! we made the switch not too long ago.
