Oh No! Dinner!!! Chicken in the Crock pot??? Help!!!

How can I do this? Can I just stick chicken breasts in the crockpot add a little soup or something? I'm planning on having veggies and a potato dish with it, but when I cook chicken in the oven it just never turns out juicy...more like jerky...

I stick my chicken in the crock pot frozen, add a can if condensed soup without diluting it and it comes out tender and juicy every time.

Crockpot cooking takes a long time. You can cook chicken breasts in a frying pan too. Brown them a little on each side and add some water or chicken broth. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes or so, until they are cooked. Very tender and moist.

I chunk mine up when they are half thawed so they cut easier, and put a tbs or two of olive oil spices in the bottom of a frying pan, add my chicken and cover. Cook 20-30 minutes until the chicken breaks apart easily.

Great! This is how I will have to cook them tonight! 30 minutes for thick ones?
