Re: i need easy chicken recipes
This is one of my new faves~you don't have to dunk and dust the chicken if you want to save more time.

Re: i need easy chicken recipes
some milk and one egg, splash of tabasco sauce in one bowl
flour in another bowl three chicken breast cut in strips(should give u like 12-15 pieces) - salt and pepper both sides take strips dunk into the wet mix and then into the flour then back into the wet mix and the flour. then put 3-4 pieces in oil and fry. cook for the like 8-10 minutes flipping one or twice... really depends on how think the pieces are... take out and leave on paper towel to drain excess oil. u can also put them in the over to keep warm why u are getting the rest made up. we just had this last night

Re: i need easy chicken recipes
My all-time favorite: couple of cans of cream of mushroom, couple of 8 oz. containers of sour cream. Mix together, dump on chicken in a baking dish, bake until the chicken is done. The sauce is great on rice. If you want to fancy it up a bit, wrap the chicken with bacon, which adds a nice flavor to the sauce.

Re: i need easy chicken recipes
If you are short on time or need something quick:
Wishbone Italian dressing, chicken breast, zip lock bag. Add chicken to bag, squirt dressing a few times in bag, squish around the chicken to coat. Marinate in fridge for 1/2 hour, grill or George Forman the chicken breast. Easy peasy! Very yummy. Here is another one: Chicken breast Vegetable cream cheese bacon Flatten chicken breast, spread cheese and roll up. Wrap bacon around the chicken and secure with tooth pick. Use a non-stick skillet, brown on all sides and cook till no longer pink. If I think of more, I will post.

Re: i need easy chicken recipes
Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Melt together: 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (cubed) 6 T. butter (cubed) Add in: 1/2 c. milk 1/2 t. garlic powder Salt/pepper to taste Cook for 3 min. or until thickened... then add: 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked & cubed (about 1 1/2 cups) 2 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (florets are easier to chew) You can add any other kinds of veggies you like.. red/green pepper, zucchini Cook until veggies are tender. Serve over any kind of cooked pasta (fettuccine, spag., angel hair) Chicken Pot Pie 1 2/3 c. frozen mixed veggies, thawed 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup Salt/pepper to taste pour into deep dish 9 in pie plate Make Bisquick to pour over top, or buy refrigerated biscuits Bake 400 for 25 - 30 min. I like to cook up my chicken in the crockpot ahead of time to have ready for these kinds of recipes (or for chicken/pasta salad or just for sandwiches) I put boneless, skinless chicken breast (because I only like white meat) into crockpot with 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar, 1/2 c. water and a little garlic powder to taste.... this makes it very tender/moist! My dh LOVES chicken made this way... and no matter what I put it in, he always comments on how good the chicken tastes... Chicken & Rice 1 Can cream of celery soup 2 Cans cream of chicken soup 2 Cans chicken broth 2 Packages Uncle Ben’s wild and long-grain rice (use only one packet of seasoning from the boxes) ½ Stick butter or margarine (melted 6-8 Pieces of chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) Melt margarine and mix with rest of ingredients except chicken. Pour into 9x13 pan. Put chicken on top and push down into mixture. Cover and bake at 250 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Uncover for the last hour. Stir the casserole a bit when you uncover it. Makes A LOT!
