Question for Lee:

Is there any way at all to dispute a "strike?" Perhaps be able to talk to a another mod or a review panel of mods/admins about it and see if their discretion is different? I really think there was a misunderstanding with something that resulted in an unjust strike for me.

I understand Ooey, completely. As I oversee the mods, I keep an eye out for things as you described. Some mods have been removed from the team in the past where issues like this arose. We all know they can't be right every time. I can assure you we will do our best to handle all cases in an appropriate manner.

i noticed on some members siggies say pm me if want to know about such and such reason i got a retaliatory feed back why is that not allowed to put in siggies now??

and if people have retailatory feedback that was uncalled for- are u guys gonna "wipe" the slate clean for them??

The premise is that it is trying to subvert the feedback system. Those comments can be made int he notes of a feedback transaction, but do not belong in a person's siggy.

Thank you Lee. If there is one good thing that's come out of today it's that I've finally figured out who actually owns/is in charge of DS. I will PM you directly if I ever encounter an issue with a mod or admin acting inappropriately
