I was doing some research on the Mylanta since I can't get DS into the dr. for a couple days and he's becoming increasingly worse. Is is safe to give the Mylanta even though it has aluminum in it?

We have a happy spitter so our ped didn't want to test for reflux, he did however tell me that if it looked like he was unvomfortable and arching his back or crying combined with the spitting up then he would test for reflux

Someone had mentioned pyloric stenosis but it doesn't sound like that to me. My oldest had it at 4 weeks and had surgery. There generally isn't any pain with that. It's usually just feed, puke, feed again. And it doesn't just "flow out" with pyloric stenosis, it's projectile vomiting like 4 feet accross the room. Just my

No its not. You need to use mylanta supreme, it is aliminum free.
