Getting a bad feeling about things..... **UPDATE**

On the 17th of this month, I purchased a non-diaper item from a momma here. I sent prompt paypal and doubled the requested shipping amount to ensure appropriate packaging and DC and whatever fees there might be. On the 21st, I emailed asking when it shipped and what the DC was. She responded that her SO shipped it, but didn't give a tracking number. A few days later, I PM'd her requesting a tracking number. No response. Two days ago, I PM'd her again, asking for a tracking number and telling her I was getting nervous because of no response. Again, no response. Yesterday, I sent her an email (to the email account provided for paypal) and a PM, requesting information. No response. Today, I tried sending her an email and her email bounced back to me.

Now, I'm really...really .... anxious. And the worst part? It was my boyfriends money! He paid for the item. Grrrr... How long do I wait before taking some kind of action? Normally, I would have no problems / no anxiety about the wait on ship time. I know what life can be like. It's the lack of communication that is getting to me.

Help. Please?

UPDATE:

it's now 20 days since payment, and still no product or clear communication. I still have no DC or tracking number. What I do have is an additional twist to my confusion. I received a PM from someone claiming to be this momma's relative saying that the momma has medical problems/hospitalized. Relative says SHE personally shipped all items. I want to sympathize with the momma, if she is indeed having problems. But, now I've been told that momma's SO sent the item and the relative "personally sent the item" The fact that I'm getting different stories is frustrating. I pm'd back the relative (she's pm'd me from the momma's account) saying I was sorry about the family's misfortune, thanks for shipping, and asked again for a date the item shipped and tracking number. No response.

SO this is my decision: when it has been a full 28 days, I will file a claim with paypal. 4 weeks is plenty of time to get something in the mail and to let me know what the DC number is. I am sending her a PM shortly to inform her what I will do.

Does this sound fair?

Has she been online? has she read her PMs? I know your anxious, but today is only day 12 (10 if her PO isnt open on Sat,) and did she send it out that next day or wait until Sat/Monday?
GOOD LUCK

You do have 45 days to file with PP. Give it a few days, the post could be slow.

Re: Getting a bad feeling about things.....

Right on mommas. Am trying to be optimistic about this.

The fact that she has been on (last activity was yesterday eve) has me worried. That and her email no longer works. And that she hasn't responded to me. Am just worried.

I won't jump the gun and will definitely give it time. But am concerned just the same.
