Hi! I'm Anna Brooksby (BRXB)...I discovered DS years ago when I was new to CDing (I had tried WalMart Gerber prefolds and plastic pants before that because that was all I knew about, but I don't count that in my CD experience because it was awful!)...left for a while because I had what I needed and no more money and now I'm getting ready for baby #6 and back again! We've been CDing most of the time in between, almost exclusively with prefolds and covers, and I am ready to refresh my stash (and my mindset) and get going again. Thinking about switching to ME Sandys (?) and OS and airflow covers as backup for EC with our little one coming in July. Looking forward to learning from you all!

Anna

Welcome I'm also back after a 6 year break although I'm only on baby #2. This time around I'm facing challenges as the baby is a heavy wetter.

We're using flats and various covers right now.

We use prefolds and covers and also use sandys fitteds with air flows they are my absolute bullet proof diaper! It's the one diaper I can say I have not got a leak, and I love my prefolds and covers but even those have let me down a couple times but never my fitteds and air flows! Lol. Welcome back.(:

I'm glad to hear that, I've never used them but they get such good reviews and I found a good deal on eBay so I'm hopeful :-) And thanks!

PS--I messed up the quote thing and can't figure out how to fix it so oh well! :-P

I tried flats before but never got very good at them..they mostly ended up as dishtowels instead (which they are also awesome at, by the way ). Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to try them again but not yet!

Good luck! That makes it tricky. Hope you get it figured out!

We just padfold, it's hard to mess that up!

I have flats I use in the kitchen too, they are my favorite dishtowels by far!

Re: New/Old DS Member

Just regular cotton flats. Ours are from tiny tush and we have them in small and large.

Our kitchen flats are from diaper junction, and I think we still have a few osocozy and gmd in there maybe.
