My lil guy walked at 9 months and ran at 10, but was already 20lbs. she is so small, its so fun to see.

congrats on her big accomplishments.

I sorta expected her to walk sooner cus she had been standing independently since 7 mos but man that woulda been even weirder. She is already working on trying to run which doesnt help that her older sisters keep egging her on(i think thats why she said to heck with it and started walking so she could keep up)

Aww so cute!!! I wish I had video of my oldest walking at 11 months. She was a whole 10 pounds(she had growth problems) It was crazy to see someone that tiny walking.

Re: Have you ever seen a person this small walk?

Yes, my first child was (still is!) very, very tiny when she began walking. I remember her first birthday portraits, she was running around the studio like crazy (by this point, she'd had 3 months to practice walking and was a pro!) There was another mom there with her 8 month old and she was shocked to see my little girl walking. She thought Alisa was only 6 months old! When I said she was a year, she was just aghast and asked, "What size shoe is she wearing? Like a two??!!!" LOL, it was a size 2! Alisa was 15 pounds on her 1st birthday. Heck, she's 10.5 years old now and not even 50 pounds--my 5 year old is almost caught up to her weight-wise!

ETA: Cute video!

Re: Have you ever seen a person this small walk?

So cute! My son was walking at 9 months but was a big guy. My daughter is just a little smaller and is a walking fool this week. Its hilarious to see teeny tiny things just marching away and pushing people to move.

so cute! they grow too fast.
My dd was the same size when she walked,
She is 19 months and only 31-32 inch now, lol
I remember even a few months ago people were amazed that she was walking because she was so little.
