Rules Question???

In a recent post someone said that they though asking the question "what are GM? And why do they cost so much?" was against the rules. I have read the rules and I did not see anything in there stating as such. I just want to find out if it is indeed against the rules, and if someone could tell me where it is stated because I might be missing a section Thanks!

That's a link to the "new" rules... In that case, it wasn't so much what was said, but a who and how. That being said, it wasn't a serious "you violated the rules and I'm reporting you" kinda thing.
