Question Best insert for small Fuzzi Buns?

Hi!

I've found that FB really fit my guy well right now, but I haven't found an insert I love yet. I currently have CB one size, but it's too bulky where it folds over.

I'd like to find something super absorbant that is kind of shaped like a contour maybe? Would be nice if it stuffed easily, too..

My guy seems to be a super heavy wetter, so it has to really be able to soak it up!

Thanks for the input!

I really liked the 'babykicks' hemp ones... i got them in a trade froma mama so not sure where to buy but they were hemp, super trim, and soaked up soooo much

I had the BK Joeybunz and while lots of people love them I didn't like them so well in smalls and they never held up to my super soaker alone. I had the best luck using infant pf's and they hold a ton of pee. HTH

Honestly, i liked prefolds the best. they are affordable and for a heavy wetter, they do a great job.
For a small i would do an infant prefold. Then for nights if hes wetting those then i would use a preemie as well. I would lay the preemie inside the infant and then trifold the infant around it. Or however works best for you.
Ive gone through so many inserts and in the end we ended up being happiest wiht the prefolds.
Now they arent the trimmest option, but honestly, when you have a heavy wetter absorbtion is more important then trimness.

I just use small microfiber inserts and sometimes I double up with a joeybunz if he is going to bed. I agree that the CB's are really bulky in small FB's and I don't like that, but I do love them in the medium FB's!

How about a cotton babies little weed under a small microfiber insert (like the small MOE inserts)?

I got some mf towels from costco and folded it the way I liked, trimmed the excess and ran a quick stitch to keep it folded. Dries fast and is easy to insert. Ilike Jamtots' small hemp inserts with the mf at night.

I love prefolds for stuffing any pockets. I only have a couple FB smalls and that is all I stuff them with. They work great and I don't have leaks.
