Re: leftover boiled eggs?
My sister in law has chickens who lay eggs, so she some times has to many to sell and she says you can cut them up and freeze them for later (to make egg salad, on salad or thing like that) I never tried but my MIL and her do.

Re: leftover boiled eggs?
My Grandma makes biscuits and sausage gravy and she slices the boiled eggs and mixes them in with the sauce. I don't really like eggs, but I like that!

Re: leftover boiled eggs?
Add them to your salad, greens that is.
They are good refridgerated for about a week. I should make some actually! lol I've got salad stuff in the fridge, we don't eat many eggs, so this is a good way to slip them in. Good ideas!

Re: leftover boiled eggs?
I find it easier to peel hard boiled eggs if I warm them up first. I usually just put them in a bowl and pour hot water over them and let them sit for a few minutes. The shells slip right off.

Also, peel before you put in the fridge and store in a bowl of water!
