Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
We *LOVE* our two Boulevards. I have one ff and one rf. Both in my Civic. I was surprised there was enough room for two, but there is.

Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
I feel more drawn to the boulvevard because it measured a little bit wider than the marathon and declathon.. Would you all agree it's the most cushiest, biggest, comfortable one?

Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
Only thing about it is it sits REALLY high RF. The top of the seat blocked part of my rear view mirror in my VW. Not bad, just took a while to get used to.

We have a Marathon and a Boulevard.. I do prefer the boulevard (of the Britax's).. but in all honestly I prefer my Evenflo Triumph over the Britax's for ease of use.

Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
The like the Marathons campared to the Regent. My kids are always complaining about their butts hurting and the Regent doesn't see as padded to me.
I don't have any knowledge of the Boulevards though. The girls are in Marathons and ds is in a Decathlon.

Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
I love the Marathons and Boulevards!
The Regent is great for Forward Facing kids and my son has never complained of it not being padded enough. I would keep your LO in the carseat he has (since it goes to 35lbs) then switch to a Regent or Frontier (which is coming out soon) If you want to switch to a convertable now I would go for the Marathon or BLVD. Both are cozy and soft and safe. I have tried a million carseats and NONE are as cozy as these (besides the Radian is nicey too)

Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
I love the Blvd for a toddler-preschooler. Right now Britax is coming out with the Frontier, which, in my mind, eliminates the need for the Regent. The slots are the same height and it offers TSIP, something the Regent lacks. If I had a toddler right now I'd get the Blvd and in about 4 years (or more) get the Frontier as a last seat.

Re: What's you fav Britax for 2yo & up
I guess it just depend on when you anticipate having to move him FF. For us, the difference between 30 and 34lbs wasn't much. Maybe 5 months? I really can't remember. I do know though, right now in his Decathlon, my (huge) 23 month old is on the top strap slots, so to buy him one at this age would be kinda crazy.
AND! Diana is so right! You should hold out for the frontier!!! That would literally be the last seat you need! We went through a TON of car seats and will still need one more. Kinda crazy! We did- safe seat, decathlon, scenera(for 3lbs), decathlon, regent, and then we'll have to get him a booster at 80lbs! That's a lot of seats and in the future I will do my best to skip at least one of those steps!
