refusing a bottle now, what do you do?

She'd been fine taking one bottle per day just to keep the skill for when I eventually have to go back to work. She's 11 weeks old. She's been refusing bottles from me, her daddy, her grandma, very warm, room temp, etc for days. What do I do? She HAS to take a bottle eventually. She's got no choice. I need to go back to work eventually, and BEFORE solids age. Got any thoughts to putting her back to the bottle without completely traumatizing her?

Have you tried different bottles/nipples? 5yo was very picky about his nipples, he had to have the orthodontic type or he'd refuse the bottle.

Try nursing her for a couple minutes then switching the nipple for the bottle.

Wow sounds exactly like DD#1. She was doing great with an occasional bottle until it was time for me to go to work! Have whoever will be watching her offer her a bottle wrapped up in one of your shirts so she has your scent to comfort her. That's what worked for us.

my ds won't take one either..and I had planned to be back in classes at this point to finally get my stinkin piece of paper saying I didn't give up i've noticed since I moved him to a sippy that the rubber one from Nuk is working the best..maybe forget the bottle and try a sippy if you'll be out with her until 3-4 months? thats when we started trying some expressed milk in ours per the advice from my MIL
