Re: Need help with sleep and meals schedule

When ds1 was that old, he was down to one nap a day, but depending on when she gets up (mine are up at 7) would depend on when to lay her down. for my 10-month old he gets up at 7, eats breakfast immediately, goes for a nap about 10-1130, eats lunch, then a snack about 1430, nap from 1500-1630 and to bed at about 1900--or whenever he is getting cranky around that time. he's a big eater and a big sleeper, but that may give you something to go on...and he made this schedule all on his own!!! Re: Need help with sleep and meals schedule

My dd is 12 mos and this is what her schedule looks like:

6 or 7am- nurse
7 or 8am- I try for breakfast but normally she refuses. SHe doesn't like to eat in the morning.

10am- nurse and naptime (sleeps an hr)
12pm- lunch
2pm- nurse and nap (again an hr)
3pm- snack
6pm- dinner
7:30pm- sometimes a small snack and sometimes not
8pm- nurse and bedtime

She is also nurses on average 3x a night. Gets her sippy of water all day long and lots of times has dry snacks with her all day long too.

Re: Need help with sleep and meals schedule

Well, I've only had my FD (age 17 months) for a week but this seems to be the routine we are establishing.

6AM- wake up / sippy cup with 2oz. apple juice and water
(up this early b/c I have to take my son to school and have to take her with me - school is 40 minutes away)
8AM - breakfast
10AM - snack
11:45AM - lunch
12-1P-nap
3PM-nap (1 hr. or more - I don't let her go past two hours)
5:30P-dinner
6:30 - bath
8:30-crackers & milk/bedtime

This is it so far. We will see what happens in the next few days!

Re: Need help with sleep and meals schedule

DD is 15 months. Here is her schedule (although I'm sad to say that she's been taking one nap only since 9 months)

7/7:30 wake up
7:15/7:45 breakfast
9:30/10:00 snack
12:00 lunch
12:30 nap
3:30 wake up
4:00 snack
6:00 dinner
7:30/8 bath and to bed
