Fatigue, any ideas?

Well, I was feeling sorry about my nausea, but after reading the nausea thread, mine is no big deal.
However, I am so fatigued. I think I was this fatigued with Eleanor, but I can't remember. I have been trying to nap when she does, but that is not helping.
Anyone have any anti-fatigue tips? Caffeine isn't doing it either.

Plenty of water, exercise and fresh air. Go for a walk everyday, even if you don't feel like it. You'll feel better after a few days.
