Drat! Lemon-lime pop seemed like such a good idea as I was writing that.

It wasn't.

ugh they gave me that right after i had evan...oh i still can't drink it.

there has been a bug going around..hopefully that is all it is! just keep an eye on your fever and like my doc told me when i came down with the flu when i was preggo. any water you can get in you is good water. even if you puke it back up some of it is getting to the baby and in your system and that is what ya'll need.

Yes, but water doesn't taste good! and it's the advice to sip the water that drives me crazy. I'm soooo thirsty! And I've spent too many of the last 24 hours in bed, and now my hips ache. (Please, please, no bed rest this pg!)

As far as water available now (without getting dressed and going to buy some), what can I flavor it with that won't make me throw up or have worse diarrhea? Not juice. I threw up the vitamin-enhanced stuff. I threw up the fake 7-up. I eventually threw up the pedialyte water (although maybe because of the lemon-lime). I want JUICE, but....

can you keep any food down? like grapes or watermelon if you have someone who can go to the store for you? sounds like you caught the flu since it's been a while =(
we just spent two/three weeks last month battling it. hope you get better real fast!

Re: Could fried food cause diarr/vomiting + fever?

oh and i did get sick once after eating at Anthony's seafood, i had fish and mashed potatoes. i didn't quite vomit, but i had chills and severe cramping and felt like any moment i'd puke. the next day i was fine though luckily.
then a week or so later i ate home made chicken burgers with fries. well i got sick again and the chicken was cooked all the way so i'm pretty sure it was the greasy fries. NOW i can handle the greasier foods, but if i drink milk within a few hours of bed, yeah, sick. strange. lol.

I would go to the ER right now. Even if it is not food posioning, you should for dehydration. Bc you can go into labor quickly. Just call someone to stay with the kids and go!!!
