I vote no, as it's not my style and I think she may be teased by other kids.

Re: Do you like the name...

The only reason I don't like it is because I have a cousin who is a boy named Sunny, so I instantly think boy. However, Sunshine Elizabeth would be beautiful then you could call her Sunny for short.

No, I think she will be teased. What about Elizabeth Sunshine? I have a friend named Jessica Sunshine and I think that is cute.

Ha! That's so funny!

That's a good idea! I had a dog named Sunny, and I can't get over it. This name is hubby's idea! He wants all S names. Steve, Stacie, Sage and ???

Love it! so cute!
eta: teasing is inevitable. INEVITABLE. if not names, then height, glasses, teeth or shyness etc. etc. just teach her how to punch. (that was a joke)

lol, I agree. It usually is something. I knew a Sunny in high school, and she wasn't teased. I liked it, and I don't remember her ever mentioning there being any problems with it. I also knew a Honey, which I think is really cute, but probably wouldn't use. She never had problems either. But then I love cutesy names. One I liked when I was pregnant with DD was Ginger, but DH wouldn't go for it. I think Sunny could totally be pulled off by a grown woman. And if she decides she doesn't like it as an adult, maybe she could use Elizabeth? I just think you should use what you like!
