My DD turned 14 mo today and finally took her first independent steps. Wooohoo. I figured we would send her to college on her hands and knees. LOL Hopefully she will be "walking soon"

Now I just wish she hadn't learned to crawl up onto the couch before she learned to walk. She discovered this talent yesterday, and is pretty much a pro at it now.

That is so cool! Nik was about the same age when he started walking. I remember being at a point of thinking it would never happen!

OH don't worry I have to do that already, didn't you read the end of my post. LOL She is into everything, not walking hasn't stopped her a bit. LOL but yeah now it will be a totally new adventure. LOL

Hey Mindi, how did your DS do after his dental work. I have been thinking about you all and this is the first time I have seen you post since you said he was going in. I hope he is doing fine.

Thanks Jules! He's doing well. back to his naughty self. He didn't do well at first with the morphine. He got pretty sick and was really out of it for most of the day. But come evening time he was eating everything in sight and bouncing all around the house!
