Inseam for newborn longies???

What *should* this be??? I bought a pair and they look so..umm...tiny??? Like doll sized?

Our NB longies were 4-5 inches in the inseam.

I knit mine about 5" including a 1" cuff. This way they can be rolled up if they are really tiny, but will fit an average sized newborn. I've heard people say anywhere from 4" to 6". HTH!
