Pinching sensation?
The last few days, when I am feeding LO, I get a pinching sensation that shoots up my breast. It happens more often toward the end of a feeding than at the beginning, and more often in one breast than the other.
I thought it was just a weird fluke thing, but it is happening almost every feeding. Anybody ever had this happen before, or have some clue what might be going on?

Re: Pinching sensation?
it happens to me too. your bra could be too tight causing a clog in one of your milk ducts. And when baby nurses, he draws it out. That's the pinching. Try using a looser bra and massage your breast prior to nursing. Sounds like your Baby is working hard to get that milk out!

Re: Pinching sensation?
I used to get a "shooting" sensation when my DD was a newborn. It wasn't painful, and I assumed it was related to milk coming in. The sensation usually subsided quickly.
I've also had plugged ducts. These have been painful and didn't go away on their own.
