I am 5 weeks pp today. My pp bleeding has been gradually getting less and less and stopped altogether 4 or 5 days ago. So today at church I suddenly felt a gush and ran to the bathroom to find that I was totally bleeding again. I ruined my underwear and there was a lot of blood in the toilet too, bright red. Thankfully I had a pad so I put that on. I've been steadily bleeding since and feeling little gushes.

So I'm wondering, can pp bleeding return after going away for a few days or is this my period ALREADY?? . I'm ebfing every 2 hours still during the day and about every 4 at night. With dd1 AF returned between 2-3 months pp, but I also had all the other period symptoms--cramping, vag pressure, bloating, etc. With this I'm just bleeding. If it is AF, I feel so jipped!!!!

I would guess it is just your pp bleeding. I did the same thing. It would go away, come back strong, go away ect. I actually had pp bleeding for 11 weeks. I am at almost 11 months without my period returning though.

I would guess it's still PP bleeding as well. It's only been a few days since it stopped, so I think it's entirely possible.

i had that too, and thought it was a period, but we're at 6.5 months now, with nothing, so i guess it wasnt, lol
