What dosage of vit B6 is safe for m/s?

at the walgreens by me they had either 50mg or 100mg and the nurse at my mw's office said it didnt matter which one I would just pee out what wasnt used. hth and hope it makes you feel better.

So my doctor had this to say, which I thought I would post in case any future mothers want a reference. I had asked her if you can take too much and what was the recommended dose. "you can take too much B6, toxicity causes neuropathy...but doses over 100mg at a time also will not improve effectiveness. So i would take 100mg 2-3 times a day. At this dose you are not at risk for neuropathy and clincial studies have shown it is safe up to 500 mg a day. But still no change in effectiveness after 100mg 2-3 times a day."

I've read half a 50mg b-6 3x a day -- so 75 in all.
